Our Brut Ciders
The fruit in these ciders are strong enough to stand on their own. Our Brute ciders are made with only estate grown pears or apples. Fermented to 0 residual sugar, these ciders drink much more like a white wine, but with half the calories! The next time you’re having lunch with friends, reach for a cider.
BRUT PEAR
Fermented with: Bartlett and Bosc Pears
ABV: 6.0%
Back-blend: None
Notes: Crisp and light, no Back-blending, no residual sugars. Perfect light cider to “pear” with your favorite dish.
BRUT APPLE
Fermented with: Pink Lady and Granny Smith Organic apples
ABV: 6.9%

Notes: Sharp and light. Fermented dry and aged minimum of 10 weeks prior to canning.

Notes: Our flagship cider that started it all. This cider pays homage to the fruit we grow in the beautiful California Delta. Tastes like sipping a pear!
Sloughhouse Jalapeno pear
Fermented with: Bartlett and Bosc Pears
ABV: 5.0%
Back-blend: Fresh Pressed Pear Juice infused with Fresh Jalapeno’s
Notes: Not too sweet, not too spicy, the green of the pepper balances this drink without too much heat! One sip and you’ll ask for more.
pINK LADY APPLE
Fermented with: Organic Pink Lady and Granny Smith Apples
ABV: 4.5%
Back-blend: Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
Notes: Light and refreshing, this crisp and smooth cider features our favorite apple, the Pink Lady.

Mandarin Pear

Notes: Inspired by a conversation with our friends at Highhand Nursery, we’ve blended our pear cider with fresh pressed Mandarin Pears from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
Strawberry Lavender
Fermented with: Bartlett and Bosc Pears
ABV: 5.0%
Back-blend: Fresh Pressed Strawberries and infused with local Lavender
Notes: Is there a better way to bring in the spring than with pears, Strawberries lavender and your favorite cheeses? As the pears begin to bud, it’s this cider we’ll be sipping to celebrate the new crop.
CHERRY PERRY
Fermented with: Bartlett and Bosc Pears
ABV: 5.5%
Back-blend: Fresh Pressed Cherry and Pear Juice
Notes: Our neighbors at Rivermaid grow some amazing cherries and we just had to include them in our cider! Made with fresh pressed cherries this cider is a good balance of sweet, tart and pink!
CHai Pear
Fermented with: Bartlett and Bosc Pears
ABV: 5.0%
Back-blend: Pear Tea: Pear Juice, Black tea, Fresh Ginger, Cardamon, cinnamon and spices.
Notes: Our Fall collaboration with Flatland Brewing. Essentially a Cider Cocktail in a can. perfect for the fall season.
